An “Invitation email” with registration information will be sent to set up your account. Next you will receive a “Welcome email” after registration. Upon earning your first reward you will receive an email advising you that the Wellness Rewards Visa® prepaid card is on its way! The card is automatically mailed to associate after registration is complete and associate has earned their first reward. The card should be received within 7-10 business days. Once you receive the new Wellness Rewards card you will be required to contact PayForward and activate the card. Rewards will be loaded onto this card as you complete Wellness Reward Program activities in 2021.
